Call for Exhibitors

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting the 2010 AEE Rocky Mountain Regional Conference in Lander, Wyoming, April 16-18, 2010. The conference will be hosted at the Pronghorn Lodge and in various locations along Lander's Main Street.

Having an exhibit is a great opportunity to educate and/or reach out to the members and conference attendees at this year's Rocky Mountain Regional AEE Conference. This year we are doing something new to encourage more exhibitors and make exhibiting a more accessible option for programs: the Exhibit fee, $200, will include one complimentary conference registration (a $160-170 value). Exhibitors will be highlighted in the Conference Brochure and attendees will be oriented toward your exhibit space during the conference opening.

To have your exhibit listed in the conference program, space must be reserved and paid for in full by March 28, 2010. You may register for an exhibitor space on the registration brochure, due out in October. Exhibit space will not be reserved without an application and deposit. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors are responsible for their own room board.
