The Rocky Mountain Region of the Association for Experiential Education was organized to promote the mission of the AEE and support membership in Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Sonora (Mexico), and Sinola(Mexico).

This website has been designed as a resource to organizations and individuals in the region to promote experiential education, provide a forum for discussion and assist networking opportunities.  In addition to the resources on this site, don't forget to visit the main Association for Experiential Education website at www.aee.org.

The Association for Experiential Education (AEE) is a nonprofit, professional membership association dedicated to developing and promoting experiential education worldwide by:

  • Helping experiential educators build lasting personal and professional relationships within a supportive and connected community.
  • Raising the quality and performance of experiential education organizations and programs by developing and sharing standards through accreditation.
  • Providing access to experiential education information and resources from around the world.
  • Connecting educators in practical ways and trends to the growing body of knowledge that fuels their growth and development.
