40/40 Internship (Jun 3- Aug 21, 2013) For thousands of years God has called people into the wilderness for personal encounter with Him and to develop them as leaders. The Father uses wilderness experiences as a training ground to teach His children about Himself, who they are in Christ, and their life calling. The 40/40 internship has three sequential phases: (1) A Wilderness First Responder class in Laramie, WY, (2) A 40-day wilderness expedition, including rock climbing, backpacking, and mountaineering, and (3) An apprenticeship position on short courses for the remainder of the summer.
